Background and Education:

Dr. Howard is a native of Little Rock, AR where he was reared as the only child of a single mother, Maxine Webb. After graduating from Central High School, he attended the University of Arkansas and earned a full athletic scholarship as a letterman with the Arkansas Razorbacks football team, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.

After the death of his father and several major failures, Dr. Howard fully surrendered his life to Christ in 1991 at a Power Team outreach. He began preaching the Gospel shortly thereafter. He met and married his wife, the former Genette Seawood, in 1994. They are now the happy and proud parents of six daughters: Alexa, Bethany, Celeste, identical twins-Destiny and Eden, and Faith.

Dr. Howard founded Life Harvester Church in 1998 with a passion and vision from God to restore broken lives with the power of the Gospel. Having overcome striking challenges through the Word, Dr. Howard’s fuel is his compassion for the lost and the broken. He received his doctoral degree in pastoral ministry from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. He is a motivator, encourager, and anointed teacher. His visionary and trailblazing leadership have earned him the loyalty and admiration of his thriving congregation, as well as the respect of his peers.
